Compound 17 – Hadera

The project covers an area of nearly 14 dunams (150K sq.ft.) adjacent to the Brandes  and Nissan neighborhoods in Hedera (the most prestigious neighborhoods in  Hedera) .
This complex is currently in the planning and approval stages by the lands authority.
Sharon-Nehab is planning to build 70 apartments and 30 ground floor homes.
The project enjoys convenient access to Highway 9 and easy access to the main  north/south highways (highway 2, highway 4 and highway 6).
